Electrical Discount - Delivery

Delivery
All Electrical Discount UK items under 25Kg are delivered FREE of CHARGE to any UK Mainland Address within 48-hours from date of receipt of order, subject to stock availability, not including weekends, Bank Holidays etc... All other items are subject to a standard £9.95 or £19.99 inc. VAT delivery charge (depending on the weight of the item), which is added at the time of purchase, and are delivered within 3 working days (depending on your post code area and the day on which you order the item, this maybe longer). Electrical Discount standard deliveries are undertaken Mondays to Fridays inclusive (except Bank Holiday(s) and other Holidays). Saturday deliveries can be arranged for certain item(s) for an additional charge of £25.00 inc VAT, irrelevant as to whether the item is subject to a standard delivery charge or not.

Home Entertainment Delivery
All Home Entertainment products (VCR, DVD, Hi-Fi and CTV's up to and including 28" (67cm) Widescreen) that are in stock at the time of order will be dispatched via one of Electrical Discounts five specialist carriers for delivery within 48-hours from date of receipt of order. Electrical Discount will inform you of the stock availability at the time of order. Should the item be out of stock when you order the item, you have the choice to either cancel the order or select an alternative item. If an item is out of stock, Electrical Discount will order the item and inform you when it is in stock and arrange delivery at that point. Should the manufacturer be out of stock or awaiting delivery of the item you wish to order you may at that point cancel the order or select an alternative product. Should no one be available to take delivery the carrier will leave a card with details of who to contact to rearrange delivery. Electrical Discount can arrange for Home Entertainment Products to be delivered to your place of work as well. The carrier will require a proof of ID and will only leave the item with the person named on the delivery note.

Large items Delivery
All large items, Domestic Appliances (Washers, Refrigeration, Dishwashers, Cookers) and CTV 32" (76cm) and above are delivered by one of Electrical Discounts five specialist carriers within 3 working days, subject to stock availability (not inc. weekends, bank Holidays etc.). Depending on the post code area you are in and the day on which you order the item, this may take longer. If an item is out of stock when Electrical Discount order the item the manufacturer will inform us of an expected delivery date. Should an item be out of stock when ordered you may cancel the order or select an alternative item.

In the instances of an order for multiple Domestic Appliance products Electrical Discount can arrange for a direct to Home delivery from the manufacturer. Most manufacturers cover all the areas within a 10 working day period.

All items must be signed for on delivery, unless prior arrangements and agreements have been made.
